What is loyalty card ?
We are happy to introduce the loyalty card for customers who likes to enjoy allocated or limited quantity spirits mostly bourbon whiskies. Loyalty card helps the customers to buy allocated or limited quantity spirit products.

Rules for loyalty card:
Ask for loyalty card at register
Every purchase of 750 ml whiskey(s) bottle priced more than $30.00 qualifies to get stamp on wish card
Get one stamp for any bottle of whiskey between $30 to $60
Get two stamps for any bottle of whiskey between $60.01 to $140
Get 3 stamps for any bottle of whiskey above $140.01
One you get 12 stamps on wish card, it becomes wish card.
Customer will be eligible to get a allocated bottle of whiskey. Customer can write the name of bottle they wish for on ‘Wish Card’ and take it to register.

What is ‘Wish Card’:
Wish card gives an opportunity for customers to get allocated bourbon whiskey(s) at fair price. It is our way of showing appreciation to our loyal customers.

How wish card works:
First of all ‘Wish Card’ does not guarantee that customer will receive the bottle of whiskey requested on ‘Wish Card’ but it will definitely increase the chances to get one.

At the moment we offer first come first serve basis based on stock we have or we can get.
Once customer submit the wish card with desired bottle name on ‘Wish Card’, management will review and try to get the bottle asap. Customer will be contacted via phone call and email.

Once request is submitted, the customer can not change it for another bottle so please choose wisely.
If we do not have the specific bottle in stock or can not get in specific time (4 weeks is defined timeframe for now), customer can change the wish of bottle.
We will hold the bottle for 3 weeks from the day we contact you.

If customer do not pick up the bottle within 3 weeks the ‘Wish Card’ with be considered as forfeit and the bottle it will be offered to next wish card holder or to general customers.

Once customer receive the bottle of whiskey as per their wish, the ‘Wish Card’ will be discarded for any future use. Customer can start again by asking for another ‘Loyalty Card’ and build up for another ‘Wish Card’.

Customer will not get an entry on ‘Loyalty Card’ for purchase made using ‘Wish Card’.

Exceptions:
Some of expressions for example Pappy Van Winkle or O.F.C Vintages or other unicorns based on availability will be sold via ‘auction’ of ‘Wish Card’. Rules will be shared later.

Note:
Loyalty card is non transferable to any other customer. All rights are reserved by Marlboro Wine and Spirit management and any decision made should be considered as final decision.
